Build the authorization layer of the European cloud.

We're two founders in Paris, building software that reads the cloud at the source. We're not hiring today — but we will be, and the kind of people we want to meet usually introduce themselves long before there's a job posting. If the idea of spending the next decade inside IAM chains, SDK schemas, and policy evaluators is what you want to be doing — write to us.

§ FROM THE FOUNDERS
We are not building the next dashboard. We are building the authorization layer that the regulated European cloud actually needs. If that sentence makes you uncomfortable, we are not the right fit. If it makes you lean in — we should talk.
S. Bucquet, co-founder — Paris, 2026

First role posts here.

§02 — WHY PRAGMABLE

What makes this different.

§ I

Small team, serious mandate.

Two founders today, growing deliberately. Regulated European operators depend on what we ship. Your work will be visible end-to-end, from source ingest to customer incident.

§ II

No performance theater.

No OKR Olympics. No quarterly demo circus. We run on written proposals, signed advisories, and merged PRs. If you've had enough of process cosplay, you'll be relieved.

§ III

Bootstrapped & independent.

Founders-owned. No VC pressure to pivot toward the current investor trend. We can build on a decade horizon because we're not optimizing for a next round.

§ IV

Research is part of the job.

Engineers author advisories. Researchers ship code. The disciplines are not separate teams; they're the same work seen from two angles.

§ V

European by architecture, global by reach.

We chose the SAS form and Paris HQ deliberately, and we ship to operators wherever their workload lives — EU, US, on-prem, sovereign cloud. You'll be building infrastructure for institutions that need an alternative, not a single jurisdiction.

§ VI

Senior-first culture.

We hire slowly and deliberately. Everyone on the team could be the tech lead elsewhere. Junior hiring comes later — it deserves a proper mentorship structure first.
